Who we are

Pavlaki Photos is a fine-art portrait photography studio run by Pavlaki, in New York and Pennsylvania.

What we collect

- Information you give us when you book, fill out a form or write to us: your name, email, phone number and your answers.

- Photos from your session, used as described in your signed model release.

How we use it

- To schedule and deliver your session and answer your questions.

- To share images only as your model release allows.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Google account access

Our studio uses a private automation tool that connects to the studio's own Google account (Google Drive) to store and organize our files. It is used only by the studio. It does not access the Google account of any visitor or client, and we do not share Google user data with anyone.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping your information safe

We keep your information in password-protected accounts and only for as long as we need it for your session, your release and our records.

To see, correct or delete your information, email Studio@Pavlaki.photos.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
